Role Summary: Senior Legal Analyst
This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside legal experts and business leaders, providing critical support in contract management, due diligence, and process optimization. Reporting to the Legal Operations Lead, you’ll contribute to scaling legal infrastructure for a dynamic, multicultural organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Prepare and refine agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs) with precision.
- Document Management: Maintain organized repositories for contracts and legal files.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Assist teams in completing vendor/business partner due diligence.
- Process Improvement: Design scalable workflows, templates, and compliance playbooks.
